What a Curacao licence means for UK punters

A Curacao licence is not a Gambling Commission licence. It gives you a licence number and a named company that you can look up on a public register. It does not bring GamStop with it, and the Gambling Commission does not settle complaints about gambling transactions: you complain to the bookmaker first.

Licence numbers and register status

The register lines use the register's own headings: licence number, licensee, type, issued, expires and status. The numbers and statuses are in the table above, and this is the rest of each line. The same lines are ordered by issue date on New Curacao betting sites.

• Santeda International B.V., company registration number 151296: type B2C, issued 24-Jun-25, expires 24-Dec-25. Rolletto, Zizobet, Goldenbet, Velobet and Cosmobet each printed this licence number on their earlier pages, as the table notes. We do not treat the line as confirmed for any of the five.
• Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company registration number 148526: the licensee behind Cloudbet. Type B2C, issued 23-Nov-25, expires 23-May-26.
• Sefiarray B.V., company registration number 155219: the licensee behind Betmac. Licence number OGL/2024/842/0350, type B2C, issued 25-Jan-26, expires 25-Jul-26. The line was found by the licensee and the company number.

All three lines carry the status Assessment in progress, and all three Expires dates are already in the past. A line on the register is a lead, not proof of current validity. The steps for checking any number yourself are in How to check a Curacao betting licence.

Sports welcome offers and their terms

The cards show each headline offer, rollover and first deposit. The terms around them are below.

• Rolletto: the expiry is 15 days from activation. Cashed-out or voided bets do not qualify. Winnings from a deposit-required bonus, this one included, can be withdrawn only up to ten times the deposit that activated it.
• Cloudbet: no wagering requirements. The package is earned in steps from casino and sports bets through Rakeback, Daily Cash Drops and Weekly Sports Cash Drops. The 30-day period starts with your first bet after the first deposit, and each unlocked amount must be claimed within 24 hours or it is forfeited.
• Zizobet: the wagering requirements apply to deposit plus bonus on 3 or more selections, each at minimum odds of 1.3. The offer is open on the first and second deposits only and cannot be combined with other promotions. The minimum bet is €5 and the maximum bet is €1,000. Free bets expire 24 hours after crediting. Outrights, horse racing and dog racing are excluded.
• Velobet: the expiry is 30 days and the maximum bet is 1000 $. The 10 free bets need a first sports bet of at least 10 €/$. Outrights, horse races and dog races are excluded.
• Cosmobet: the Sports Welcome Bonus is for the sportsbook only, with expiry within 30 days and a maximum bet of €/$/£1,000.
• Goldenbet: no sports welcome offer on its pages. Its standing sports cashback pays 20% back as a free bet on a losing bet, up to €500, at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Betmac: the only welcome offer on its pages is a casino one, 100% up to €525 plus 100 free spins. Sportsbook wagers made with bonus funds count 0% towards the wagering requirements.

A few terms sit outside the table:

• Cloudbet may apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals.
• Betmac may charge a fee on withdrawals, shown when you make the request. Its withdrawal conditions also set a €100 minimum for bank transfer and allow withdrawal of Visa and Mastercard deposits by bank transfer only.
• Maximum payout: 100,000 EUR on a single bet at Rolletto, Zizobet, Velobet and Cosmobet; 50,000 EUR at Goldenbet; €1,000,000 on a Cloudbet parlay, accumulator, combo bet or multi; and €50,000 of winnings a day at Betmac.
